Movia has acquired a new traffic management system and, after more than two years of implementation, is now ready to share insights and lessons learned from this highly complex transition.

Simone Pluzek is a Project Manager in Movia’s IT Department, where she has spent the past three years leading the TMS Project — a replacement of Movia’s Transport Management System.
Simone holds a Master’s degree from the IT University of Copenhagen and is IPMA-certified in project management, bringing together a strong academic background and hands-on leadership experience.
