Denmark has introduced a new national payment system for public transport: Rejsekortet as an app. Join us to learn more about the concept – and how Movia, as a public transport authority, has worked to implement it across buses and local train stations.

 

Martin Meilandt Nielsen is the Program Director for the New Rejsekort at Movia, a role he took on in May 2024. Throughout his career, Martin has worked with digitalization, strategy, and business development in both the Danish public sector and as a consultant. Prior to joining Movia, he spent more than a decade working with health technology in the Capital Region of Denmark. He also teaches digital transformation as an external lecturer at the Technical University of Denmark (DTU).

Martin shares his life with Karen and their three daughters – and just one bathroom – so he often spends his free time cycling or sailing.
