Lisa-Marie Cole is a Crime Risk Manager at Transport for London. In this role, Lisa Marie provides strategic and operational advice on protective security, threat and vulnerability assessments and counter-terrorism risk management across TfL’s transport network. Lisa Marie leads on the delivery of Crime Prevention Through Environmental Design (CPTED) guidance, supporting the creation of secure transport infrastructure and urban spaces.
With a background in community safety and youth justice, Lisa Marie brings a holistic perspective to reducing crime and her professional interests include the psychology of security culture- exploring how people’s perceptions and behaviours influence the effectiveness of security measures and organisational resilience. Lisa Marie holds a Master’s degree in Law and Criminology from the University of Manchester, has trained in Designing Out Crime through the College of Policing and is a Professional Member of the Security Institute.
